Privacy and Cookies Policy

This privacy policy explains how Anabella Fashion Wholesale collects, uses, and discloses personal information. This policy applies to visitors and users of the Anabella Fashion website.

By visiting or using our website, you consent to our collection and processing of information about you in accordance with this policy. We will store the collected information on a secure server and fully comply with all applicable U.S. data protection and consumer protection laws.

What data do we collect?

When you make a purchase in our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address, and email address.

With your permission, we can send you emails about our store, new products, and other news. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to sales@anabellafashion.com

You also give us permission to receive emails from our partner sites and selected third parties, such as shipping carriers, payment processors, etc. Again, you can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to sales@anabellafashion.com. Anabella Fashion Inc. requires all these third parties to treat your personal information with complete confidentiality and to fully comply with all applicable data protection and consumer protection laws in force at any given time.

Where is my data stored?

We use the Shopify email marketing platform to send our newsletters. If you have opted in to receive marketing emails, your email address, contact name, and business name are also stored on Shopify's secure servers in the United States.

We use UPS, FedEx, and several other international carriers to ship your orders. When you place an order, we print shipping labels through their respective platforms, so your delivery address information is stored on their systems. We store your name, company name, contact number, email address, and delivery address. Their privacy policies can be found on their websites.

Pay:

If you choose to pay by credit card, Bank of America stores your credit card information. It is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. During the checkout process, it appears as if you are entering your card details on our website, but in reality, they are entered directly on the payment gateway page and are not stored on our server.

All direct payment gateways comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint initiative of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

CONSENT

How do they obtain my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we assume that you consent to our collecting and using it for that specific purpose only.

If we request your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your express consent or give you the opportunity to opt out.

How can I withdraw my consent?

If you have created an online account with us and wish to update the information you have provided, you can do so in the "My Account" section of our website. You can also contact us and we will make the changes.

If you have given your consent and change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use, or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at sales@anabellafashion.com

If you wish to unsubscribe from marketing emails, select the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the emails. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send you communications related to your orders or any inquiries you may have.

If you do not wish to receive push notifications on your mobile, you can disable them in your mobile device settings.

DIVULGATION

Please note that if the law requires us to disclose your personal information, we have the right to do so.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to provide the services they offer to us. For example, shipping services.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide them for your purchase-related transactions.

In the case of these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand how these providers will handle your personal information.

In particular, please remember that some service providers may be located in or have facilities in a jurisdiction different from yours or ours. Therefore, if you choose to proceed with a transaction involving the services of a third-party service provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction or jurisdictions in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you will no longer be subject to this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.

When you click on links in our store, you may be directed away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take precautions and follow industry practices to ensure it is not lost, misused, improperly accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Compensation
You fully agree to identify, defend, and indemnify us, our directors, managers, employees, agents, and suppliers, immediately upon request, against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms by you or any other liability arising out of your use of this website or the use of the website by any other person accessing it using your purchase account and/or your personal information.
